Apexa Information Systems Private Limited wants to bring on an Hr Recruiter for its Ellis Bridge, Ahmedabad team. The pay goes up to ₹15,000/month. 2 candidates will be hired for this role.

Identify, Attract, And Hire Top Talent By Managing The Recruitment Process. Develop Job Descriptions, Screen Candidates, And Conduct Interviews. Collaborate With Teams To Meet Workforce Needs Efficiently. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Compensation

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records.
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• You will handle employee queries and engagement activities.
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws

What we are looking for

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Comfortable with HRMS, Payroll, Labour law basics, MS Excel
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• An organised, people-oriented attitude
