A new Telecaller role is open at APL Law Services, Sector-32, Chandigarh. You can earn up to ₹20,000/month. 10 candidates will be hired for this role.

Make Or Receive Calls To Assist Customers With Inquiries, Complaints, Or Purchases. Maintain Detailed Records Of Interactions And Escalate Unresolved Issues. Deliver Excellent Customer Service While Meeting Performance Metrics. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

What the job involves

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• You'll follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• You will resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.
• You will meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.

Skills and qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Skills: Verbal communication, Typing speed, Complaint handling, CRM tools
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are polite and patient
