Roles and responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets

Salary and benefits

The salary for this role is ₹14,000 – ₹23,000 per month.

• Open to freshers
• Education: Below 10th
• Comfortable with Complaint handling, Hindi and English, Typing speed, Verbal communication
