A new Account Executive role is open at Aps Minerals & Additives Private Limited, Ajwa Road, Vadodara. The pay goes up to ₹20,000/month. 4 candidates will be hired for this role.

Handle Accounts Payable And Receivable Processes, Ensuring Accurate Transactions And Timely Settlements. Reconcile Discrepancies And Maintain Financial Records. Collaborate With Vendors And Clients To Resolve Payment Issues. Co-Ordinate With Plant For Purchase & Sales Data. Co-Ordinate With Ca, Etc. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Skills Needed : Tally | Book Keeping

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Skills: Book Keeping, Tally

• Basic English

Roles and responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day books of accounts and ledgers
• Track receivables and payables and follow up on dues.
• Coordinate with auditors and maintain proper documentation
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor and customer accounts
• Support month-end closing and financial reporting
• Process invoices, payments and expense claims

Salary

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
