Executive Assistant

Apsara Sarees is looking for an Executive Assistant to join its team in New Industrial Township - Faridabad, Delhi. The pay goes up to ₹30,000/month.

Responsible For Handling Phone Calls, Preparing Data, Organising Files, Data Entry And Tally. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Compensation

You will be paid ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

Day-to-day work

• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• You'll manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• You'll schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel

Eligibility

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Skills: Data entry, Record keeping, Basic accounting, Email etiquette
• Female Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• An organised, detail-oriented attitude

• Shift: 10,30 am - 8.00m | Monday to Sunday
