Talent Acquisition: Manage End-To-End Hiring, Including Job Postings, Resume Screening, Scheduling Interviews, And Conducting Orientation For New Hires.Employee Relations: Serve As The First Point Of Contact For Employee Inquiries, Address Grievances, And Assist In Conflict Resolution To Foster A Positive Workplace Culture.Performance & Compensation: Coordinate Performance Appraisal Cycles, Track Employee Metrics, And Assist In Processing Payroll And Administering Benefits.Policy & Compliance: Develop, Update, And Implement Company Policies While Ensuring Strict Adherence To Regional Labor Laws And Statutory Requirements.Data Management & Reporting: Maintain Accurate Employee Records, Manage The Companys Hris (Human Resources Information System), And Generate Regular Reports. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Roles and responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• You will source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles.
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management

Salary and benefits

The salary for this role is ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Comfortable with HRMS, Screening, MS Excel, Recruitment
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
