The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Managing The Companys Presence On The Government E-Marketplace (Gem) Portal, Including Product Listing, Catalog Management, Bid/Tender Participation, And Order Processing.The Role Also Involves Handling And Responding To Leads Generated From Platforms Like Indiamart And Justdial. The Candidate Must Communicate With Clients Via Calls, Whatsapp, And Email, Understand Their Requirements, Share Quotations, And Follow Up To Convert Inquiries Into Sales.Additionally, The Candidate Will Maintain Daily Records Of Leads, Quotations, And Orders, Prepare Reports Using Excel, And Ensure Timely Updates To The Management.The Ideal Candidate Should Have Basic Computer Knowledge, Good Communication Skills, And A Sales-Oriented Approach. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Basic Excel

Pay and perks

The salary for this role is ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

Key responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• You'll handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Basic Excel
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

• A detail-oriented, organised attitude
