We Are Looking For A Customer Service Executive To Manage Post-Service Customer Interactions And Ensure High Customer Satisfaction.Responsibilities:Collect Customer Feedback After Aroma Service Visits.Handle And Coordinate Customer Complaints With Internal Teams For Timely Resolution.Keep Customers And Management Updated On Complaint Status A. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Type : Domestic | Marketing | Languages : Tamil, Hindi, English, Kannada, Telugu

Day-to-day work

• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• You will build long-term relationships with existing clients.

Candidate profile

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Domestic, English, Hindi, Kannada, Marketing, Tamil and Telugu
• Male Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary

The salary for this role is ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
