Maintain Records Of Appointments, Messages, And Visitor Meetings. Assist With Inquiries While Ensuring A Professional And Friendly Demeanor. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you will do

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel

Eligibility

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of MS Office, Typing, Record keeping and Email etiquette
• Female Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A well spoken, organised attitude

Compensation

The salary for this role is ₹9,000 – ₹12,000 per month.
