Aradhya Associates is looking for a Collection Telecaller to join its team in Purani Chhawani, Gwalior. The pay goes up to ₹10,000/month. 30 candidates will be hired for this role.

Day-to-day work

• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently

Pay and perks

Compensation: ₹9,000 – ₹10,000 per month.

Candidate profile

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Hindi
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Languages: Hindi
• Someone detail-oriented and trustworthy
