Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of HRMS, Labour law basics, Recruitment and Screening
• Male Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone confidential and people-oriented

Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month.

Your responsibilities

As a Senior Hr Executive, your work will include:

• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• You'll coordinate performance reviews and training.
• You'll manage onboarding, documentation and employee records.
