Arcane Skin & Hair Clinic is looking for a Skin Clinic Manager to join its team in Sector 18 - Noida, Delhi. The pay goes up to ₹35,000/month.

Welcome Visitors, Answer Calls, Making Call And Appointments And Manage Front Desk Activities Efficiently. Maintain Records Of Appointments, Messages, And Visitor Logs. Assist With Inquiries While Ensuring A Professional And Friendly Demeanor. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

The salary for this role is ₹22,000 – ₹35,000 per month.

Candidate profile

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Basic accounting, Data entry, Record keeping and MS Office
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you will do

As a Skin Clinic Manager, your work will include:

• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• You'll handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
