Billing Clerk

Archana Paints & Hardware is looking for a Billing Clerk to join its team in Betalbatim. You can earn up to ₹11,000/month.

Note from the employer

Handle Customer Billing, Process Payments, And Manage Cash Registers. Maintain Accurate Records Of Transactions And Resolve Billing Discrepancies. Provide Excellent Customer Service During Payment Interactions. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What the job involves

In this role, you will:

• You'll maintain day-to-day books of accounts and ledgers.
• Coordinate with auditors and maintain proper documentation.
• Process invoices, payments and expense claims
• Track receivables and payables and follow up on dues.
• Support month-end closing and financial reporting
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor and customer accounts

Pay and perks

Compensation: ₹8,000 – ₹11,000 per month.

Who can apply

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, Accounts payable and TDS
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are confidential and accurate
