Lead Generation & Follow-Ups Identify Potential Buyers Through Calls, References, And Marketing Campaigns Maintain A Database Of Prospects And Regularly Follow Up Client Handling Understand Customer Requirements And Suggest Suitable Properties Conduct Meetings, Calls, And Presentations Site Visits & Negotiate Deals And Convert Leads Into Sales. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Preferred Experience In : Real Estate

Day-to-day work

• You will follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
• You will build long-term relationships with existing clients.
• You'll record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report.
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers.
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets

Compensation

Compensation: ₹35,000 – ₹60,000 per month.

What we are looking for

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Skills: Real Estate
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Preferred Experience In: Real Estate
• You are self-motivated and persuasive
