We Are Looking For A Friendly Customer Support Executive To Join Our Team. In This Role, You Will Be The Main Person Helping Our Customers When They Have Questions Or Problems. You Will Talk To Customers Through Phone Calls, Emails, And Live Chat. Your Main Goal Is To Listen To Their Needs, Fix Their Issues Quickly. Key responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• You'll explain products and offers clearly and handle objections.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers.
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory

Eligibility

• Good knowledge of Inbound, International, Marketing, Outbound and Sales
