Supervise And Mentor Body Shop Technicians, Assign Tasks, Monitor Productivity, And Ensure A Smooth Workflow To Meet Repair Deadlines. Customer Interaction: Communicate With Customers Regarding Repair Progress, Estimated Timelines, And Costs, Addressing Any Concerns Professionally. Estimating & Invoicing: Accurately Assess Vehicle Damage. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Pay and perks

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Day-to-day work

Your main tasks will be to:

• Replace parts and test equipment or vehicles after work
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs and periodic servicing
• Maintain tools, workshop cleanliness and job cards
• Explain completed work and advise customers on maintenance
