Manage Organizational Tasks Such As Scheduling, Record-Keeping, And Correspondence. Coordinate With Teams To Ensure Smooth Daily Operations. Oversee Policy Implementation And Handle Administrative Challenges. Make Delivery Challans And Generate Bills For The Same. Give Rates To Clients And Arrange For Timely Delivery Of Material. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Your responsibilities

As an Office Manager, your work will include:

• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹20,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Comfortable with Email etiquette, MS Office, Basic accounting, Data entry
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone well spoken and dependable
