Looking For A Bdm For Interior Design & Construction Company. Responsibilities Include Generating New Leads, Client Calling, Meetings, Site Visits, Follow-Ups And Converting Leads Into Projects. Candidates With Good Communication, Sales & Negotiation Skills Preferred. Experience In Interior, Construction Or Real Estate Sales Will Be An Advantage. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you will do

• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets

Salary

You will be paid ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month.

Candidate profile

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Target achievement, Presentation, Negotiation and Customer handling
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone confident and target-driven
