Arrk Is Looking For A Service Staff Who Can Help In Customer Service When A Customer Walks Into A Store Tell He Leaves The Store, Offering Him Tea, Coffee, Water And Snacks Etc. Help The Sales Person In Dealing. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Compensation: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month.

Skills and qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of CRM, Local market knowledge, Target achievement and Customer handling
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are target-driven and self-motivated

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• You'll prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers.
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
