What the job involves

Your main tasks will be to:

• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• You'll greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records

Candidate profile

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Skills: > 30 Wpm Typing Speed, Advanced Excel, Basic Excel, Computer, Email, Ms Word, Tally
• Female Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
