We Are Hiring A Cnc Operator Cum Setter Who Can Independently Set Up, Operate, And Run Cnc Machines For Machining Cast Iron And Steel Components Such As Gym Weights, Dumbbells, Weight Plates, Couplings, And Related Parts. The Candidate Should Ensure Accuracy, Productivity, And Quality As Per The Drawings. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Pay and perks

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

Candidate profile

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Skills: Safety norms, 5S, Reading drawings, Quality control
• Male Only
• No English required
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A safety-first, disciplined attitude

Roles and responsibilities

• Coordinate with stores, maintenance and dispatch teams
• Run production as per daily plan, quality and safety norms
• Support preventive maintenance and 5S on the shop floor
• Operate and monitor machines and report breakdowns
• Carry out quality checks and maintain inspection records
• Reduce wastage and improve line efficiency
