Arthrospectrum Private Limited is hiring an Administration Manager in Ramamurthy Nagar, Bengaluru. Salary is up to ₹35,000/month. 2 candidates will be hired for this role.

Handle Hr Processes, Including Payroll, Benefits, And Policy Implementation. Resolve Employee Grievances And Foster Positive Workplace Relations. Ensure Documentation And Compliance With Company Standards. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Compensation

You will be paid ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month.

Candidate profile

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Tally, Accounts receivable, TDS and MS Excel
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are organised and confidential

Day-to-day work

• Reconcile bank statements, vendor and customer accounts
• Coordinate with auditors and maintain proper documentation
• Support month-end closing and financial reporting
• Track receivables and payables and follow up on dues
• Process invoices, payments and expense claims
• Maintain day-to-day books of accounts and ledgers
