Arvikaa Solution is looking for an Executive Assistant to join its team in Swargate, Pune. The pay goes up to ₹25,000/month.

Salary

The salary for this role is ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

Day-to-day work

As an Executive Assistant, your work will include:

• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• You will schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
