AS Financial Services is hiring an Hr Recuiter Excutive in Peera Garhi, Delhi. You can earn up to ₹20,000/month. 30 candidates will be hired for this role.

Handle Hr Processes, Including Payroll, Benefits, And Policy Implementation. Resolve Employee Grievances And Foster Positive Workplace Relations. Ensure Documentation And Compliance With Company Standards. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Roles and responsibilities

• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• You'll coordinate performance reviews and training.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Comfortable with Recruitment, MS Excel, Payroll, Screening
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
