Asa Industries is hiring an Executive Assistant in Sector 85 - Noida, Delhi. Salary is up to ₹30,000/month.

We Are Seeking A Highly Organized And Proactive Executive Assistant To Provide Comprehensive Administrative And Strategic Support To The Director.Manage And Maintain The Directors Calendar, Including Scheduling Meetings, Appointments, And Travel Arrangements.Organize And Coordinate Meetings, Including Agenda Preparation And Minutes Of Meeting (Mom). More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What the job involves

• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records

Who can apply

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Data entry, Typing, Email etiquette and Record keeping
• Female Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you get

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
