Banking Executive

Asbs & Company wants to bring on a Banking Executive for its Andheri East, Mumbai team. Salary is up to ₹20,000/month. 2 candidates will be hired for this role.

Manage And Oversee Day-To-Day Banking Transactions And Back-Office Activities. Ensure Compliance With Regulatory Standards And Optimize Workflows For Efficiency. Collaborate With Teams To Streamline Operational Processes And Improve Customer Service. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Key responsibilities

• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• You'll manage collections and track overdue accounts.
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• You will source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products.
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• You will explain product features, charges and terms transparently.

Who can apply

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Customer acquisition, Documentation, Compliance and Financial products
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A persuasive, detail-oriented attitude

Salary

Compensation: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
