Business Development Executive (Bde): Generate And Convert Leads Into Admissions Through Calls, Follow-Ups, And Counselling. Achieve Sales Targets, Maintain Crm/Erp Records, Manage Student Queries, Conduct Market Analysis, Coordinate With Teams, Submit Reports, And Ensure Strong Student Relationship Management.

Eligibility

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Comfortable with Customer handling, Lead generation, Negotiation, Local market knowledge

Day-to-day work

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• You will record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report.
• You'll build long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections

Salary

Compensation: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
