Executive Secretary

Ascent Inspecta Advisors is looking for an Executive Secretary to join its team in Mira Road East, Mumbai. You can earn up to ₹30,000/month.

Manage Organizational Tasks Such As Scheduling, Record-Keeping, And Correspondence. Coordinate With Teams To Ensure Smooth Daily Operations. Oversee Policy Implementation And Handle Administrative Challenges. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Key responsibilities

• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• You will coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Comfortable with Data entry, Email etiquette, Record keeping, Typing
• Female Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone organised and well spoken
