Export Documentation Executive

Ascent Jobs wants to bring on an Export Documentation Executive for its Rajkot team. 2 candidates will be hired for this role. The pay goes up to ₹30,000/month.

Employer’s description

Responsible For Preparing, Managing, And Coordinating All Export-Related Documents For International Shipments. Timely Shipment Scheduling, Document Preparation, And Coordination With Internal Teams, Suppliers, Freight Forwarders, And Customers. Verify All Export Documents Including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates Of Origin, Bill Of Lading/Airway Bill, Shipping Instructions.Communicate With Buyers Regarding Shipping Instructions And Documentation Requirements.Coordinate With Production, Sales, And Logistics Teams To Ensure Readiness Of Goods For Export.Prepare And Submit Documents For Lc Negotiation And Bank Payment Processing.Ensure Documents Meet Lc Terms And Resolve Discrepancies With Banks Or Customers. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹28,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

Skills and qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Comfortable with Basic accounting, Data entry, MS Office, Typing
• Female Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone organised and dependable

What the job involves

• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• You will greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• You will prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
