Managing Schedules, Calendars, And Appointments Handling Emails, Phone Calls, And Correspondence Preparing Reports, Presentations, And Documents Coordinating Meetings, Taking Minutes, And Follow-Ups Making Travel Arrangements Maintaining Confidential Files And Records. Reminding Executives Of Deadlines And Commitments. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What we are looking for

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Skills: Typing, Basic accounting, Email etiquette, Record keeping
• Female Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone detail-oriented and well spoken

Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

Your responsibilities

• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• You will schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
