Assign Allocation To Team Members (Field Agents / Tele-Calling Agents Based On Their Expertise And Workload.Monitor Individual Performance Metrics Like Collection Rate, Call Volume, And Customer Satisfaction.Provide Regular Coaching And Feedback To Team Members On Negotiation Tactics And Customer Handling.Conduct Performance Reviews. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Languages : Marathi, Hindi, English

What the job involves

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• You will follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue.
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms.

What we are looking for

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with English, Hindi, Marathi
• Male Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Languages: Marathi, Hindi, English
• You are persuasive and detail-oriented

Compensation

The salary for this role is ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
