Assign Allocation To Team Members (Field Agents / Tele-Calling Agents Based On Their Expertise And Workload.Monitor Individual Performance Metrics Like Collection Rate, Call Volume, And Customer Satisfaction.Provide Regular Coaching And Feedback To Team Members On Negotiation Tactics And Customer Handling. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Languages : Marathi, Hindi, English

Key responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• You'll cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers.
• You'll follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue.
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms

Pay and perks

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

Candidate profile

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Comfortable with English, Hindi, Marathi
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Languages: Marathi, Hindi, English
• A trustworthy, detail-oriented attitude
