Day-to-day work

As a Debt Recovery Specialist, your work will include:

• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• You will comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms.
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue.
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• You will cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers.

Candidate profile

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with English, Hindi, Marketing, Mutual Funds, Punjabi, Real Estate, Sales
• Male Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Compensation

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
