Aspire Disruptive Skill Foundation wants to bring on a Senior Hr Manager for its Gurukul, Ahmedabad team. Salary is up to ₹50,000/month.

Handle Hr Processes, Including Payroll, Benefits, And Policy Implementation. Resolve Employee Grievances And Foster Positive Workplace Relations. Experience In Recruitment & Team Handling Ensure Documentation And Compliance With Company Standards. Handling Employee Relations Ensuring Labour Law Compliance (Pf, Esic, Gratuity). More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Candidate profile

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Comfortable with Screening, MS Excel, Labour law basics, HRMS
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are confidential and people-oriented

Day-to-day work

• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• You will manage onboarding, documentation and employee records.

Compensation

You will be paid ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month.
