Welcome Visitors, Answer Calls, And Manage Front Desk Activities Efficiently. Maintain Records Of Appointments, Messages, And Visitor Logs. Assist With Inquiries While Ensuring A Professional And Friendly Demeanor. Cold Calling, Followup, Enquiry Handling, Stationery Management, Housekeeping Supervision. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you will do

• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• You'll greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks

Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

What we are looking for

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Comfortable with Email etiquette, Typing, MS Office, Record keeping
• Female Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are detail-oriented and dependable
