Make Calls To Customers Regarding Pending Payments And Overdue Accounts.Follow Up With Customers For Timely Payment/Recovery.Explain Payment Details And Resolve Basic Customer Queries.Maintain Proper Records Of Calls, Commitments, And Payment Status.Meet Assigned Daily/Monthly Recovery Targets.Maintain Professional And Polite Communication Wit. Languages : Hindi, English

Roles and responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• You will follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• You'll resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.

What you get

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
