Key Responsibilities: Manage End-To-End Recruitment Across Multiple Branches Identify And Utilize Effective Hiring Sources Maintain Complete Employee Records And Documentation Drive Employee Engagement And Team-Building Activities Support Hr Operations And Ensure Smooth Workforce Management Requirements: Minimum 5 Years Of Hr Experience Experience In Handling Multi-Branch Operations Strong Recruitment And Hiring Expertise Good Organizational And Communication Skills Ability To Plan And Execute Employee Engagement Activities. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Your responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• You'll handle employee queries and engagement activities.

Who can apply

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Comfortable with MS Excel, Recruitment, Screening, HRMS
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• An organised, good communicator attitude

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month.
