We Are Looking For A Motivated Hr Intern To Support Daily Hr Operations. The Candidate Will Assist In Recruitment Activities Including Sourcing, Screening, And Coordinating Interviews.A They Will Also Gain Hands-On Experience In Payroll Processing, Attendance Management, And Maintaining Employee Records. Key Responsibilities Include Updating Hr Databases, Assisting In Onboarding, And Coordinating With Different Departments. The Role Requires Good Communication Skills, Attention To Detail, And A Willingness To Learn. Candidates With Basic Knowledge Of Payroll And Recruitment Processes Will Be Preferred. Immediate Joiners Are Highly Encouraged To Apply. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Your responsibilities

In this internship, you will:

• You'll coordinate performance reviews and training.
• You will ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws.
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• You'll handle employee queries and engagement activities.
• You'll manage onboarding, documentation and employee records.

Salary

The salary for this internship is ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

Skills and qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Payroll, Recruitment, Screening and MS Excel
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A people-oriented, confidential attitude
