We Are Hiring A Payroll Executive With 13 Years Of Experience In Payroll Processing And Statutory Compliance. Candidate Should Have Good Knowledge Of Salary Processing, Attendance Management, Leave Records, Esi, Pf, Pt, And Employee Documentation. Must Be Capable Of Handling Monthly Payroll, Generating Payslips, Maintaining Payroll Reports, And Coordinating With Employees Regarding Salary Queries. Knowledge Of Tally, Ms Excel, And Hr/Payroll Software Is Required. Candidate Should Ensure Compliance With Company Policies And Labour Regulations. Good Communication Skills, Accuracy, And Attention To Detail Are Essential. Immediate Joiners Will Be Preferred. Salary: As Per Industry Standards. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Eligibility

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Comfortable with Accounts receivable, TDS, Bank reconciliation, MS Excel
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone numerate and accurate

What the job involves

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Process invoices, payments and expense claims
• You'll maintain day-to-day books of accounts and ledgers.
• Coordinate with auditors and maintain proper documentation
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor and customer accounts
