Atlantic International Express is looking for a Customer Service to join its team in Andheri East, Mumbai. 30 candidates will be hired for this role. Salary is up to ₹25,000/month.

Your responsibilities

• Share market and competitor feedback with the team.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections

Skills and qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Bengali, Domestic, English, Hindi, Inbound, Kannada, Malayalam and Marathi
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Compensation

The salary for this role is ₹14,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
