Customer Care Executive (Cce)

Au Fincorp is looking for a Customer Care Executive (Cce) to join its team in Karvenagar, Pune. Salary is up to ₹25,000/month. 4 candidates will be hired for this role.

Day-to-day work

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• You'll share market and competitor feedback with the team.
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections

Compensation

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Eligibility

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Target achievement, Negotiation, Lead generation and Customer handling
• Female Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are self-motivated and confident
