Back Office Assistant

Audioplus wants to bring on a Back Office Assistant for its Andheri East, Mumbai team. The pay goes up to ₹30,000/month.

Key responsibilities

• You'll prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Skills: > 30 Wpm Typing Speed, Advanced Excel, Basic Excel, Email, Ms Word
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Compensation

You will be paid ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
