Your responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Handle billing, reservations and guest feedback
• Keep service areas clean, stocked and presentable
• Welcome guests and deliver warm, prompt service
• Take orders accurately and coordinate with the kitchen
• Resolve guest concerns politely and quickly

Eligibility

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Guest service, Hygiene standards, Billing / POS and Food & beverage service
• Basic English
