Coordinate Doctor Meetings And Marketing Activities, Maintain Records And Reports, Follow Up With Clinics, Support Hearing Camps And Promotions, Track Leads, Assist In Clinic Operations During Foe Absence, And Ensure Smooth Coordination Between Clinics, Marketing, And Management.

Roles and responsibilities

• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• You will manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• You will prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs

Skills and qualifications

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Data entry, Record keeping, Basic accounting and Typing
• Male Only
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
• You are organised and detail-oriented

Salary and benefits

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
