* Make Post-Service Delivery And Feedback Calls To Customers Ensure Customer Satisfaction After Vehicle Service Record Customer Feedback And Complaints Accurately Coordinate With Service Advisors And Workshop Teams For Issue Resolution Follow Up On Pending Concerns, Repeat Visits, And Escalations Maintain Customer Data And Call. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Skills: Local market knowledge, CRM, Lead generation, Negotiation
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A self-motivated, persuasive attitude
