Autocon Automation Private Limited is looking for a Receptionist Cum Office Assistant to join its team in Dhayari, Pune. Salary is up to ₹15,000/month.

Pay and perks

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Your responsibilities

• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Skills: Email etiquette, Typing, Record keeping, Basic accounting
• Female Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone organised and dependable
