Handle Incoming Calls From Customers Requiring Automobile Assistance. Coordinate With Field Technicians To Facilitate Timely Support. Enter Customer And Service Request Details Accurately Into The Admin Portal. Monitor And Track The Status Of Ongoing Service Requests. Escalate Any Issues, Delays, Or Customer Concerns To The Supervisory Team. Languages : Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Hindi, English

Day-to-day work

Your main tasks will be to:

• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• You will prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers.
• You'll explain products and offers clearly and handle objections.

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹17,000 – ₹22,000 per month.
