Avant Career Private Limited wants to bring on a Collection Executive / Officer for its Ghodasar, Ahmedabad team. 21 candidates will be hired for this role. The pay goes up to ₹13,000/month.

Contact Individuals Or Businesses To Recover Overdue Payments And Resolve Disputes. Negotiate Repayment Terms That Align With Organizational Policies. Maintain Records Of Collections And Prepare Reports For Management. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you will do

• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms

What you get

The salary for this role is ₹10,000 – ₹13,000 per month.

Skills and qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with KYC, MS Excel, Documentation, Customer acquisition
• Male Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are persuasive and ethical
