Avant Career Private Limited is looking for a Collection Executive / Officer to join its team in Sector 48 - Gurgaon, Delhi. The pay goes up to ₹20,000/month. 10 candidates will be hired for this role.

Compensation

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

Eligibility

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Skills: Domestic, English, Hindi, Outbound
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

• A persuasive, detail-oriented attitude

Your responsibilities

As a Collection Executive / Officer, your work will include:

• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
