We Are Looking For An Energetic, Target-Oriented Telesales Executive To Expand Our Pcd Pharma Franchise Network Across Assigned Territories. You Will Handle B2B Outbound Calls, Promote Our Pharmaceutical Product Lists/Monopoly Rights, And Convert Prospective Chemists, Stockists, And Local Distributors Into Franchise Partners. Languages : Hindi, English

Skills and qualifications

• Open to freshers
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of English and Hindi
• Female Only
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
• Languages: Hindi, English
• You are patient and polite

Key responsibilities

• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• You'll follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA

Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹10,000 – ₹18,000 per month.
